Items shipped from the UK
Items shipped from the UK are normally shipped by Royal Mail 48 (2nd Class), or Royal Mail Tracked 48 depending on the item. Shipping is generally free for most items. If there is a shipping charge, it will be displayed at the checkout. We also offer Express Shipping at an additional cost. We aim to ship these items out within 24 hours and delivery times are dependant on Royal Mail.
Items shipped from the USA
All Native Remedies products and some Pet Alive products are shipped direct from the USA. These products also come with a Buy 2 get 1 free option. There is a delivery charge of £12.99 per order. Delivery times are generally between 2-4 weeks, but can sometimes take longer. Orders of 12 or more bottles will be shipped by UPS Express Shipping and should arrive in around a week.
Customs
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee that you will not incurr customs charges on these items. From experience, up to 3 bottles are generally free from duties. Over 3 may have duties, but this does seem random and most people don’t get charged. You are responsible for any custom charges.
Important
Natural Remedies 4u or Native Remedies will not provide any form of reimbursement on shipments due to customs issues. Such as, customs quarantining a shipment due to the country’s restrictions on herbal or homeopathic products, or because they think the quantity is for resale and not personal use. The countries we allow shipping to generally are OK with shipments for personal use, but there are never any guarantees, you purchase these at your own risk, so it’s best to check with customs first. If an item arrives back to USA, we will issue you with a refund less postage.
Some countries will allow Herbal but not Homeopathic products or vice versa, you must check your country’s policies to make sure it will be allowed. Norway in particular will not allow Homeopathic products into the country.
