Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. Please only return items that we sent by us. Any Native Remedies / PetAlive products that you purchased direct from Native Remedies will have to be returned back to them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact us if you need to return an item. We cannot accept the return of opened bottles.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is wrong or faulty.
